Hi, I’m Whitney. I’m a leadership coach, consultant, and organizational facilitator who works with thoughtful, heartfelt leaders navigating growth, complexity, and change.

For over a decade, I’ve partnered with executives and senior leaders across industries. What continues to inspire me about this work is the way coaching becomes a gateway, not just to better performance, but to deeper self-awareness, personal alignment, and authentic leadership.

Clients often come to me when something’s shifting: they’re growing into a bigger role, craving clarity, or realizing the way they’ve been leading no longer feels sustainable or true. My role is to create a grounded, supportive space where they can reconnect with themselves, realign with what matters, and move forward with more confidence and calm.

As an Integral Coach, I blend structured reflection with practical tools. My approach is holistic, human-centered, and always tailored to your unique context. I believe that when leaders are able to slow down, listen inward, and lead from a place of alignment, they create more meaningful impact, not just in their organizations, but in the lives they touch.

I grew up just outside Boulder, Colorado, where early exposure to spirituality and social justice shaped so much of who I am today. Those formative experiences laid the path for my vocation, inviting me to stay curious, to hold complexity with care and openness, and to believe in the possibility of transformation.

Today, I live in Seattle with my wife and our tween daughter. We’re former foster parents and a transracial family, navigating the beauty and complexity that comes with our differences, learning together what care and showing up really mean. True to life in the Pacific Northwest, I love a cup of dark roast coffee, enjoy tending to my many houseplants, and taking our sweet dog Peaches for neighborhood walks. I’m a little reserved at first, but silly once you know me, and always invested in creating space for honest connection.
